When you have heard the voice of God, three things have happened in the spiritual realm. First, a light was ushered, second, a sound was ushered and thirdly, a radiance. Hearing God is a part of radiance not light.
Ephesians 5:13 “But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.”
So, when you say that you have heard God, it means there is light your spirit has received, a sound has travelled to you and you have radiated according to the light given to you. So, to hear God consistently, one must be exposed to a certain light in the spirit, understand travelling sounds in the spiritual realm and be able to radiate. [The light of the Spirit of God is ministered unto creation].
“Let there be light” - The light that was spoken here is that which makes things visible. There were things that were present but demanded a certain type of light to be visible. Now, this visibility is called radiance. Before one becomes light, he must become visible from the light that has been spoken by God. One does not become light if not illuminated; no illumination if not visible.
Light travels from the throne through dimensions, as things become visible by revelation of that light, it means that these beings are ready to be illuminated by that light. When they are illuminated by light they become light.
“Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.” When light is ministered to the creation, them that are sleeping are invisible! they have to wake up to be visible.
God created the earth through light for He was principally making things to be visible. Again, He was causing the sleepers to wake up and the dead to rise up so that Christ would shine upon them. For Christ to shine upon a person; light has to come, Visibility must happen and illumination must happen.
If the light of God is not ministered, the soul cannot be visible. The light of God originates in man’s spirit. This is why it is easy to travel by the spirit through the realms independently. It can move to various dimensions by its light; unlike the soul, for it to move through dimensions, it must be made visible by the light of the spirit. The soul depends on the light of the spirit so that it can be radiated to be able to move from realm to realm.
Basically, if one does not hear God, it does not mean that God is not speaking but it is conclusive that he has no enough light to make the voice of God visible in his ream. So, to hear God, one must have enough light in his spirit to radiate his soul. It becomes important to understand the law of light; that it is light that makes you visible in the spirit. As light increases, your visibility increases making you ready for illumination so that you become what has lighten you.
