LUKE 17:20-21 “And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! Or, lo there! For, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
It is interesting to learn that Christ insists that the manner by which the kingdom can be understood is by understanding the kingdom within. On the testimony of scriptures above, Jesus argued with the Pharisees to observe the kingdom within because He knew that they had an ability to observe if the kingdom of God has come or not, but, they couldn’t observe the kingdom within them.
If one cannot see the kingdom within it alludes that they cannot see inside themselves, therefore, don’t seek to enter the outside kingdom but seek to enter the inside kingdom which is within you.
NOTE: If you can not see the kingdom means you can not see within you, if you can not enter the kingdom means you can not enter within you.
Mathew 6:22-23 “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”
For the body to be full of light, the eye has to see light. Again, the scriptures above prove that there is light within you but, when that light becomes darkness, that darkness becomes great darkness. We arrive at this conclusion because from the beginning, the kingdom of God was placed within man. The oracles of God to man are for man to access the kingdom within himself.
