These are systems that when we attempt to meditate we get inspiration from their order/hierarchy. If man desires to be transformed from a human being into a spiritual being, he is required to understand how spiritual and fleshly systems functions. When you are seeking to know God or knowledge in Christ Jesus, it is venturing into a path of transformation that happens in your spirit, soul and body.
The spirit, the soul and the body bond into one perspective as a result of the discipline of meditation. Without meditation, the spirit, the soul and the body are not in alignment – these three must be in one perspective; this enables the Word revealed in the spirit to be received by the soul and the body. To grow in the spiritual knowledge transformation must happen in all these areas so that there should be alignment.
Basically, the spirit is willing to do the will of God, the soul is the product of the environment it is in and the body contradicts the desire of the spirit. Your spirit is subjected to see beyond present distraction, the soul agrees to what the spirit is seeing and the body should agree to be changed. Be it known however, that there is a difference between when the body is transformed to desire the things of the spirit and when the body is disciplined to do the desire of the spirit.
Transformation in spiritual truth is when the body is transformed to desire the will/desire of the spirit. If no transformation has happened in the body, then the body must be disciplined – disciplining the body does not confer a safe position in following the Word.
For a long time, church folks have held a belief that it is the spirit that gets saved and not the body; this is a wrong concept – to correct this concept I would say that both the spirit, soul and body are sanctified; the spirit is subjected to enlightenment and awakening processes but is not changed/transformed, the soul is renewed in its system of knowledge and the body is transformed.
Now, the degree by which the spirit is subjected to enlightenment is the same degree by which the soul must be renewed in knowledge to arrive at the enlightenment of the spirit; and yes, the same degree of transformation happens to the body in relation to the degree of renewal of the soul in Christ Jesus. This also affects the resurrection process. The resurrection process of the body is the sanctification process that happens in the spirit, soul and body after receiving Christ Jesus. The body is transformed in relation to the renewal of the mind in Christ Jesus. During reasoning these things must be known.
In questioning you remain in the dimension that you are in but reasoning shifts you from one dimension to another (reasoning takes you off of the attachment). When we come out of the realms of the earth by knowing things beyond the earth we should expect our bodies to be transformed towards the dimension which we have conceived through knowledge i.e. a higher reality and the body is transformed to the same higher reality. Prophet Elijah was on mount Horeb and heard ‘a still small voice’, this is the voice of revelation that changed him.
When he heard things of a higher dimension, his body was to be transformed to the same higher dimension through a whirlwind to another reality because his spirit and soul have conceived a higher dimensional reality. The same story is preserved concerning Enoch – who is not in heaven but a higher dimensional reality than this earthly reality. The difference between us and Enoch is that our souls and bodies are not transformed enough to be taken to a higher dimension; we can access it but not be there in body. For instance, when you want to access the spiritual world what happens is that your mind will be awakened to see what it has to see but your body will not be at that realm.

Exo. 34:29 “And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.”
